    Staff was nice and helpful....

    Pros: Price was good, Room was good size and overall was not noisy.
    Cons: Bed was not comfortable. Shower head was leaking and the shower curtain was not good it got very wet. Towel service didn't really work either we put our towels outside the door as requested but did not get new ones we had to get them from front desk. Got an extra blanket that had cigarette burns and holes in it. Hair dryer also did not work.

    Pros: Close to The Rinks ice arena where my son was playing in a tournament. Inexpensive.
    Cons: I could hear everything my neighbor was saying through the walls. I asked them to quiet down and that helped. The bathtub is slippery, possible liability issue if someone falls while showering.

    Will stay there again. So...

    Pros: How big the room was and very comfortable. If we go again we will stay there.
    Cons: Everything was good but it would be nicer if front desk peoples were more friendly and welcoming.

    Cons: We stayed in two different rooms. In the first room the heater didn't work. The nights were cold in the room. In the second room the shower water only got luke warm. Also, the bathroom door got stuck when fully closed.

    Pros: Nothing
    Cons: First room was dirty, changed to another room, which was also dirty. Got downgraded to a different type of room which was charged as original room.
