The company founded in Bordeaux in 1999 currently has over 50 featured residences on its website, each offering a high standard of hospitality services. Most of the properties under its portfolio have private pools, paddling pools for children, barbecue pits on the terrace, and perfect lawn garden for a truly relaxing stay. They are located in some of the prestigious sites, in the countryside away from the crowds, or by the sea. Estivel also has vacation rental villas designed for senior citizens and people with reduced mobility, mostly located in the Atlantic Coast, French Riviera and Provence. It also caters corporate meetings and events.
Supporting the company’s growth is AvenirEntreprises, a financing solution provider for SMEs and a subsidiary of the Oséo Group and CDC Entreprises. Avenir, along with Estivel’s founders Alban and LiseMaurial has staged an LBO of the luxury real estate firm in 2010. The company has invested €2.2m ($2.51m). Estivel is the exclusive manager of the properties being promoted by Alma France.
