Viceroy Hotel Group LLC was founded in 1999 and is a hotel brand that develops, operates and manages luxury and boutique hotels. The group also provides third-party management services for private hoteliers, owner of luxury hotels and independent hotels and accommodation services as well as in the acquisition of hotels without an existing hotel and management contract in its primary location. Viceroy Hotel Group LLC also develops and constructs traditional resort and hotel destinations.

The hotel group currently handles properties, a mix of hotels and resorts in Santa Monica, San Francisco, New York, Beverly Hills, Chicago, San Jose Del Cabo and Abu Dhabi. The company was originally known as Kor Hotel Group LLC before it changed to its current company name.

Last 2018, the group launches its fifteenth property and opened the Viceroy Los Cabos in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico and is the latest addition to the Viceroy Icon Collection, the premium, elite and modern luxury hotel and resorts under the Viceroy Hotel Group brand. This hotel was formerly known as the mar Adentro and was rebuilt and redeveloped into a 194-room masterpiece by Miguel Angel Aragones, one of the top architects in Spain.
