All the 140 hotels under the Budget Host brand are franchised and works under a minimum of 1 year contract with the company. Although the system earns through a referral system, booking under the Auto-Clerk PMS System is commission free, but with an annual fee of $99 to use the service and connect owners to other online hotel and accommodation companies such as Expedia and Booking.com, minus the transaction fees.
