A member of the Federal Service Quality Deutschland initiative, Welcome Hotels Germany is currently composed of seventeen 3-starred and 4-starred hotels for the mid-range and high-end niche in the hospitality market in Germany. Officially ServiceQ certified, the hotel brand has been providing excellent service in all its operations, in accordance to the ServiceQ standards since April 2011.
Last April 2019 Jurgen Massow was assigned as the new Chief Operating Office of the entire operational area of the group, headed by the groups Executive Chairman, Karl Schattmaier. Massow has over 30 years of experience in top hotel industries in cities kike Jakarta, Thessaloniki, Hamburg, Dubai and Cancun.
Established in 1998, Welcome Hotels Germany is headquartered in the busy metropolis of Frankfurt and have been one of the leading hotels in the German hotel and accommodation market. With over 800 employees in 12 different locations in Germany, the hotel group is currently managed by Executive Chairman Karl Schattmaier and Chief Finance Officer Dr. Christoph Scherk.
