As aptly named, the Les Collectionneurs (The Collection), are a group of chefs cum hoteliers with one goal in mind. To create a community of restaurateurs and hoteliers that share common passion and values by creating remarkable experiences through intertwining of gastronomy with hospitable and charming lodgings. Les Collectionneurs has evolved since the chairmanship of 3-Michelin star awardee, Alain Ducasse. It has blossomed into becoming the benchmark of hotels and gourmet restaurants with over 500 addresses throughout Europe.

Guests can choose from quaint boutique hotels, guest houses or themed venues along key sites in Europe: France, Italy, Germany, Austria etc. Themed stays include Wine Trail Break, Ski Hotels, Gourmet Stay, Golf Break and many more.

Les Collectionneurs have launched a loyalty program, which aims to encourage others to collect memories while immersing oneself in the experience of travelling, good food and scenic locations. From the first booking, the guest is given an orange card or collectionneur curieux and eventually changes with the highest degree wherein you are dubbed as experts or passiones. This orange card has been jokingly remarked as the new 'little black book' by Ducasse in one interview. Member's loyalty program benefits include one or more of the following: priority bookings, discounted rates, upgrades whenever possible and in-room gifts.
