About City Room Rentals Edinburgh Garadice

Also known as Edinburgh Room Rentals, City Rooms Rentals Edinburgh was founded in Edinburgh, Scotland in September 2014. All they wanted was to provide a simple and friendly booking platform offering affordable accommodation options in the Capital. In November, the same launch year, the company hosts its Festival Accommodation platform which focuses on giving affordable student accommodations during the Edinburgh Fringe. In December 2014, the Edinburgh Room Rentals partnered with the leading student provider in the UK which is called the UNITE students, matching festival goers for more affordable stays. In January 2015, Edinburgh Room Rentals was given a financial backing by The Mansion Group.

The following month, Edinburgh Room Rentals signed an agreement to provide booking management rights for all Mansion Student accommodations which broke all revenue records for the team. The next month, the team partnered with Heriot Watt and Napier University for private accommodation beds in the city for the students. The school associations continued almost every following month. In July 2016, City Room Rentals launches a brand new campus accommodation in Fort William in partnership with the University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI) and City Heart Living. This was a big boost for their revenue. More expansions took place, and in October 2018, they were nominated for “Agency Team of The Year” as recognized by Property Week.
