About Park Royal Resorts City Bell
Park Royal Resorts is part of the Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio. The mother company has more than 20 luxury hotels, resorts, and services units in Asia, North America, Oceania, and Europe. The company is based in Singapore. The hotel operator was established in 1975 as a new marketing identity for the Tokyu Group who at that time was looking for a boost in their sales. The first hotel under the brand was built in Jakarta and opened in 1976. The Pan Pacific is such a successful brand that it decided to extend its operations by also adding sub-brands to broaden their service scope and appeal. This is when they came up with Park Royal Resorts. This sub-brand focuses on offering luxurious resort accommodations in well-known island destinations or coastal properties.
The brand eventually extended into the urban scene as well with Park Royal Suites in prime cities. One much-awaited development under the brand is the Park Royal Suites Jakarta to be housed at the Thamrin Nine in Jakarta, Indonesia. It is set to open publicly in 2020, and is going to be a under the service suites concept, which Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts is also known for.
