About The LaLit Hotel Navi Mumbai
India’s largest and thriving privately owned hotel, The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group is an enterprise under the Bharat Hotels Limited. The hotel chain owns and manages 17 luxury hotels, with over 3600 rooms under the 5-star hotel segment. Seventeen hotels are located and operational in India, six of which are under development and restoration and three more overseas. The hotels are located in key cities in India such as Mumbai, New Delhi, Bangalore and Jaipur.
Owned and managed by Jyotsna Suri, the hotel chain is already starting to tap into the mid-range hotel market by opening hotels in Jaipur and Khajuraho. A total of 25 more hotels are planned as part of the brands expansion in India, in the next five years. The company started in 1988 and is under the leadership of funder Lalit Suri, also the chairman and owner of the Bharathotels. The late Lalit Suri always wanted a hotel in London City, something he was able to achieve, but was eventually his resting place in 2006. The hotel chain is now under the leadership of his son, Dr. Jyotsna Suri.
LaLit Hotels is also a member of the LaLit Suri Hospitality Group and is considered as one of the hotel brands under India’s largest privately owned hospitality and accommodation brand in the country.
