There are better hotels

Pros: Some staff were friendly, the head chef was lovely. The housekeeping staff were very nice and helpful. The entertainers were nice, always smiling and full of energy

Cons: We had several issues with our wristbands, it wasn't clear at all what we were allowed. No fridge in the room and no kettle. This is a major inconvenience if you travel with families with children. Although it is an all inclusive hotel there isn't food after meal hours and you aren't allowed to bring food or drinks from outside so again not convenient if you have children. The head waiter or supervisor person who occasionally wears black shirts is disgustingly rude. The hotel doesn't have a fitness gym however when we booked it was written that there will be, when we asked the receptionist she laughed and said its not been updated then continued her conversation with someone else. The towels are torn worse than a floor rag.the toilets don't have toilet roll holders and the toilet seats are broken. We are a big family who had booked 5 rooms total and it was all the same. I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good hotel, with good staff however not a 4* its a 3* hotel. For the price I paid if I knew Id have gone else where.

Pros: I liked the staff for the most part. They were friendly and kind. However some of them were also quite iffy and hard to get along with. There were always small issues luckily most resolved. Though be careful with the safe deposit they say deposit then dont want to pay back the 30 dinar per key. I had to really force it out of them. Most the staff members were welcoming and nice. Swimming pool is one of the nicer ones in the entire strip. Good spa - no sauna but good spa and services in the spa. The price is also very good. There is Wi-Fi and it seems to work here and there in rooms. They gave us a pool view room for the room with a cot which was very nice of them. Cleaning service was very good. Room cleaning service was consistent and on time.

Cons: No fridge. No kettle. No sauna (even though its listed in amnesties) No free safe (they say deposit but they try keep the money) Food isnt great. I ended up with food poisoning. Its been 3 days since Im back and all Im eating is pasta and bread still. Really bad food poisoning. Food isnt cooked great all the time. I dont feel this hotel is a 4* Id say its a very good 3*. If I knew the status of the hotel before hand Id have spent more money on a 5* or the 4*s around it too. Even though they gave us a free upgrade to the room its kinda pointless when theres no kettles I was very surprised with no kettle. Had to make multiple trips to the bar for hot water for the baby. Also the hot water cut off one day for a good few hours. The taps werent working. My other family members room had no water. This seemed to be a hotel wide issue which they got resolved very quickly according to the receptionist staff. Although the cleaner lady said this happens sometimes due to volume of people showering at certain times of days. So Im not sure which is it. Just note that if youre reading this. I also very much disliked the fact theyd come take our towels at 10am and only come and replenish the towels at 6pm. So for 8hours if you had a shower you had NO towels. Eventually I stopped wanting new towels. All inclusive options were okay maybe Im being a bit picky given its 4* the snacks and drinks were limited very much so. The tea selections limited too. However this wasnt a big deal as it was sufficient.

i would love to visit again but i am thinking again

Pros: the stuff was ok except for some kitchen stuff was not so kind... its like they do not make you feel welcome. and we where not there for free... we pay their wages with our stay. i liked the out side pool area unluckily the splash and fun was not in action... but still was nice and clean... when we first arrived the room was not clean 100% i say more 70% was still dirty under the beds with no towels in our room nothing... i went to other hotels 4 star around the world and when i say 4 star it is 4 star as it should be... you are welcomed properly and the room will be 110% ready clean and all the stuff you need even a mini fridge. anyway perhaps things will improve by time....

Cons: well to start with i came there to relax and while my wife was not feeling so well kids start running in the corridor and make huge noises closing and opening doors and this was between 11.00 and 12.00 this is not a good time to make noises ...this is a hotel where people would need to rest in certain point. there should be more control. the breakfast should be a little bit updated for example no boiling eggs , there should be a professional toast machine and toast and more food has to do with breakfast and even for dinner the food is always respiting itself...

Pros: the location was nice and the pools were big

Cons: -you have to pay a deposit for a simple tv remote control or an empty mini bar. -staff were not adequately trained to when it comes to tourists. -no possibility to pay with a card on the bar. -A/C was not cooling, even tho put on a high level. -room telephone was ringing but when I pick up the headset doesnt work and you cant hear anything. -rooms where not completely ready when I checked it (two rooms) - a single elevator was working for the whole hotel and it was too small to fit a family perfectly.
