Exceptional

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Nice selection of food items at breakfast bar. Great location. The property is an oasis, set within a quiet area with grass, trees and lovely flowers. A nice retreat. The lovely Lana style buildings create a nice ambience.

Cons: The hot water unit in my room worked fine, but it didnt work as well in the room occupied by another family member.

Pros: We stayed for three nights and we loved it there. We had been in a big american chain hotel down in Phuket, and we were so happy to find this little hidden gem in Chiang Mai. We loved the natural jungle feel, and the simple quaint room.

Cons: My wife and I just talked about this, and we have no complaints. Do your research before you book, it's not a 5 star hotel, there's no fitness room. But it has charm and piece and quiet at a good location.

Good hotel when you wanna be in close proximity to night market.

Pros: The hotel is a wonderful green oasis in the middle of the city because of the lush garden. The architecture of the place is beautiful as well. We also really liked the pool. There are plenty of little cafes and restaurants in close proximity as well as the nightmarket.

Cons: The hotel has seen better days: everything is quite old and doesnt meet contemporary standards of a high-quality hotel. Our room was dark and smelly from the old textiles and furniture. The staff is kind but not very helpful.

My favorite place to stay in Chiang Mai!

Pros: Everything was wonderful. I've stayed at different hotels in Chiang Mai many times and this is my favorite. I was upgraded to a bigger room and I absolutely loved my room, the decor, the pool was incredible. I love the feeling of being surrounded in nature in the big city. They even stored my bags for free. The staff is wonderful. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff are amazing.

Pros: The Thai style was great its close proximity to everything. The breakfast was substantial and a different choice each day . It was cheaper to eat in the restaurant than the local food markets. Beer was happy hour all day $3 AUD each when purchasing 3 . Ton the restaurant manager is amazing the Crown Towers in Perth Western Australia could learn a lot about customer satisfaction from this professional. Infact all the staff went above and beyond and seemed to genuinely care .

Cons: Nothing not to like about the property. Would be really good if the restaurant/bar was open beyond 4 pm mind you there was no issues bringing in your own drinks/ food after 4 PM or better still grab some before it closes.
