Pros: The room was newly painted and the beds were comfy. The black out curtains worked well.

Cons: It was occupied by tenants in a care facility on a few floors. The shuttle didn't run on sundays. And was late for the first run to the airport on Monday. I'm unsure of it ended up running as I took a cab.

Our stay was great and super relaxing. We enjoyed the stay and have had a good rest. Thank you!

Pros: The breakfast was super nice and tasty! The room and the view as well. the beds are very comfortable and that adds value to the whole stay. I would definitely recommend this resort. The staff is very helpful and hospital. You can ask for assistance in booking different visits and attractions. They also recommend what you should do when to get the best of it and that a great help during the rainy season.

Cons: actually there is not really something that I didn't like.

Are you dropping the ball?...

Pros: I just love this facility.

Cons: Most of staff smile at you while saying NO to everything you ask. I have the feeling that they are nicer with foreigners than with locals like me. I was better treated when I was starting with my (European) family and toys time I brought my Costa Rican family. That was for sure the worse part even worse than hearing "sorry we can't" to virtually anything I asked.

Beautiful, amazing, luxury!

Pros: The beautiful setting, amazing facilities, helpful and welcoming staff, delicious food, gorgeous grounds to explore. Lovely spa treatments too. We asked to plant a tree but only on the morning we were leaving and the staff went out of their way to make it happen!

Cons: Having to leave! We had such a wonderful stay!

A beautiful place set in nature for a relaxing and pampering couple of days

Pros: I was hesitant to book this place as from all the colours in the photos I thought it might be a little 'hippy'. However, my concerns were set aside as soon as we arrived to a very friendly welcome from Luis. The room was huge, with an amazing view. We had the pool/jacuzzi to ourselves most of the time and my daughter and I enjoyed a full 90 minutes in the spa (which also has a wonderful view). The therapists were very sweet with my 7 year old daughter. In fact all the staff from the reception to the restaurant were wonderful. We only stayed for one night but next time we'll come for longer. As for all the colours, well, in context with the architecture and gardens - it all makes sense : )

Cons: Nothing - just wish we'd had more time!
