    We have stayed in several other properties on the Broadwater and this one was very disappointing .

    Cons: Unit needs a lot of maintenance and cleanliness was of a poor standard . Unit should not be in the renting pool While it is so badly maintained..

    I loved staying at the wind surfer resort , however the creature comforts of a well stocked kitchen with decent cookware

    Pros: The close proximity to surfers, the quiet location, nice view , secure parking.
    Cons: The kitchen was not very clean, very old cutlery (not clean) very basic . no exhaust in bathroom .

    Cons: The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable The shower was either really hot or freezing cold and the water pressure needs attention The couch was very uncomfortable and was really grotty. It needs to be thrown out and replaced.

    Glad it was only 1 night, needs to upgrading.

    Pros: It was a good location. There was free parking. Free pay TV was good.
    Cons: Oh the room was very dated, the view of the apartment block next door was a bit sad. The lounge was filthy and the fabric cover over it was terrible, we just didn't sit on it. It was old and tired.
