Pros: Close to our venue

Cons: We had an issue with the vent in the bathroom being very loud. They switched our room to the one next door but it had the same issue. Also, the phone in the first room was not connected and there was no phone in the second.

Cons: When I got there they needed a deposit fee to stay and I only had wireless pay but there machine was not working so I was unable to stay at they hotel

Cons: Room security locks were ridiculous. Security lock pulled out with little effort. Other lock was not aligned properly. We felt very unprotected.

Pros: The location was great! Lots of restaurants nearby and close to the freeway. The bed was super comfortable. The staff went above and beyond as I needed an outlet to plug in a heater in my car and they helped me take care of that.

Cons: I had a ground floor room right by the office and it was very noisy all night. Also, the breakfast was not good. Eggs were not great and sausage was very overcooked. I love having the breakfast - but maybe a little more attention to how it's cooked.

Cons: I already paid 897. For 6 nights but decided to stay another night when ex husband went to rebook for another night even tho he gave his account and card they still charged my card maybe cuz it was on file however the only reason we decided to stay was he was paying for it. Don't you think 900 is enough? Why couldn't his account be charged especially since he gave them his card. So why even bother giving the card if they weren't going to use it. I would have said something before but I just received my statement. I will be contesting it. I mean they took copy of his . I stay there at least 3 times a year for week at time. But after last dec the flights were all cancelled and I paid room up front so I wasn't offered refund or estra day all I got was sorry you paid up front so they checked me in. I paid 812. And flew out 4 days late not by choice they shut every flight down I stayed 2 nights for 812. For that breakfast and whatelse it was not worth it. So vacate again was talked into going there for convenance only to be ripped off again. Negtreviews is what they get. It should ha e been a 5 star hotel for that price and with the people they have staying there for free it's become a dive and I will make sure yell and Google reviews I tell exactly how they are. Hope the 1100 you took this time was worth it.

Cons: Tried to cancel 5 minutes after booking. No response to me or booking.com. Tried phoning several times, line rings then hangs up. Many reviews describe stinking, filthy, dirty, stinking of tobacco smoke and human waste. Worth my $90 to have avoided a stay. Unwilling to even give the courtesy of acknowledging correspondence.
