    Love the location!!

    Pros: Walking distance, about 1/2 mile to King and Queen shops. The ground is well maintained. Our unit is facing the golf course, enjoy the openness and watching golfers passing by.
    Cons: The unit needs some upgrade, carpet needs to be replaced by wood floor. Furniture and linen are not that bad but can use some update.

    Pros: Easy walk to best local beach and to shops in the complex. Well marked and very interesting trails through local cultural sites. Extremely well landscaped and kept. Very quiet for such dense housing.
    Cons: Only disappointment was the lack of a couple of beach chairs and a beach umbrella. It would be nice if a few basics were in the kitchen like salt.

    Beautiful setting and nice property. Individual owner not updating contents

    Pros: A few item in the unit needed attention. Tv screen had lines in it, dishwasher door needs repair, lacking a lot of things in the kitchen. Normally not such a big deal but right now over half the restaurants are closed and you need to cook some.
    Cons: Invest in newer tv for $300 at Costco. Add a few more useful items in kitchen Buy a set of fry pans at Costco fir $30 that are not so beat up. And a couple of new plastic cutting boards. A whisk, lemon squeeze, sharp knives.

    Cons: All of the seating was broke down, the sofa bed was broken, the dishes in the cupboards was dirty, not enough linens wash rags, showers were filthy with others hair still in them!! Beds need to be replaced with decent mattresses, would like a discount refund for our stay!

    Pros: The grounds and landscaping was excellent, along with the pool area.
    Cons: The room was dilapidated and unkempt. There were marks along nearly every wall, the blinds barely worked, the majority of the space was severely outdated. We will not stay in Outrigger again.

    Pros: good location and proximety to consumer necessity (food, beverage), good beach. Central location on the kona-kohala coast for sightseeing.
    Cons: Staff not helpful with tips and advice! The room had very worn out furniture, carpet that is stained, dirty. The garbage disposer has a warning sign not to put anything in it, just minimal plate scraping or else it'll clog! No trash collection in 10d

    Pros: Location could not be better. Close to beaches, shopping, restaurants. Accommodations were spot on and had everything we needed for our comfort during our stay.
    Cons: It is a non smoking property so cigar enthusiasts beware.
