Pros: All meals were quite good and the wait staff overall was very helpful!

Cons: Water heater in our villa hadnt been turned on yet, but thanks to Orlon, our waiter it was immediately remedied while we had dinner!

Pros: Quiet place. Nice beach. Restaurant staff very polite. Good food.

Cons: Stefania at reception can do with some customer service training. Extremely rude. Not enough deck chairs even do the resort wasn't full Hidden costs when checking out (20%) which booking doesn't call out up front. Poor water pressure in cabin 3031.

Pros: The location was beautiful, and the beachfront and hotel was also really stunning.

Cons: 1. We didnt have water (no shower and no toilet) for two out of the three days we were there. Once a day we might have gotten lucky if they filled our tanks but it changed the quality of the holiday completely and I couldnt wait to leave. We were given a refund for one night as a gesture of good will but our stay was completely ruined. 2. Your room will not be made unless you call and ask them. 3. Swimming pool was dated and not the cleanest 4.They dont have a first aid kit on sight which is incredibly concerning. We only needed a bandage but to have absolutely nothing, is more than worrying l. 5. Rooms were dated

Pros: For such a warm place they supply no drinking water filter. Charge $5 for a small bottle. That is so tacky for an expensive resort

Villa Montaa is a gorgeous, calm and peaceful resort with friendly welcoming staff and an exceptional restaurant.

Pros: Gorgeous location. Wonderful restaurant. Great beach. Staff was warm, friendly and professional. Grounds were kept up well and are beautiful. Staff quick to accomodate any need. Nice pools.

Cons: Facilities were a bit aged, several broken things requiring maintenance. Lost water down to a trickle a for 2 days, but was warned about it beforehand.
