    This is by far the best hotel I have seen in the last year or two.

    Pros: This is by far the best hotel I have seen in the last year or two (out of about 100-120 where I have stayed). Those who need to stop for the night on their way through Italy will not find a better place. Those looking for a relaxing, secluded getaway will find exceptional views, comfortable rooms and fantastic staff. Those who did not intend to come here at all should come at least for the sake of real "haute" cuisine.
    Cons: We liked absolutely everything about this hotel.

    Very Good

    Nice place to stop overnight if passing through

    Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Pleasant surroundings. Nice selection of wines and local products to buy and take home. Massage by Regina at the spa was excellent.

    Pros: everything is good quality big parking lot very good restaurant rooms very good check in check out staff excellent breakfast good
    Cons: if being critical Maitre D and evening restaurant staff should brush up on fine dining etiquette breakfast restaurant staff very good pillows could be better

    Pros: It was such a pleasure to stay here. The design and service was superb. It felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. The restaurant serves spectacular food. We will definitely come back.

    loved to have stayed longer. favourite place on our trip

    Pros: very friendly and hospitable staff who looked after us wonderfully. Beautiful rooms with great extras like an iron etc. Lovely toiletries and comfortable bed and pillows.

    the girls in the desk were fabulous and very helpful the breakfast staff were scarce

    Pros: beautiful setting and very comfortable beds and room
    Cons: air conditioning was extremely loud and you couldnt turn it on in the room you had to call the desk evening meal was very slow service

    Superb

    Pros: good location to visit south marche, luxurious hotel with nice pool and a splendid seaview. restaurant is topclass, as well for diner as for breakfast. very friendly staff.
    Cons: impossible to stop airco and uneasy use of TV.
