    Magical Island. Staff and facility added to amazing experience.

    Pros: Wonderful and helpful staff. Perfect location. Convenient to walk or bus or taxi. Close to the sea. Close to the Castle Argonese. Close to a grocery store. Next to a park. Food is great. Complimentary breakfast and rooftop restaurant very good. Attentive and friendly wait staff.
    Cons: Wish I could have stayed longer!

    Pros: The hotel was very nice and cozy. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was magnificent at the dining room and the food was testy
    Cons: They have a strange issue with the towels as for the spa they ask extra for towel. So at the end you receive only 1 towel per person even if you used to use more.

    Nice clean place with great breakfast and helpful staff

    Pros: The breakfast food was fresh and tasty! Even homemade jams and honey! The whole place is nice and clean, I appreciated the private spa time. Good walking distance from the Porto or the bus stop. Staff was friendly and kind.
    Cons: At times I heard the noisy neighbors at night speaking on their phones.

    Upscale hotel with impeccable service

    Pros: The hotel provided impeccable service. All staff members were extremely polite, they tried to fulfill your wishes and engage us. The breakfast is also something we look forward to everyday. As we stayed in the hotel during non-peak season, we did not pay exorbitant rates and the hotel was amazing for what we paid for. We also enjoyed the 45-min complementary spa/pool time. We felt relaxed and energized after this stay.
    Cons: There is not much to dislike about the hotel but if we have to nitpick we have to say that the walls of the room were rather thin. The family next door has a child, they constantly had the television on and we could hear cartoon playing in the background until late at night and early in the morning.

    Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is nice and available. We also tried the restaurant of the hotel which is pricey but excellent (super recommended!!).
    Cons: The staff is kind and always available but they should be a bit more organized (mostly when it comes with booking time in the wellness area). Since the time slots are taken quickly, I strongly recommend to book time in the SPA well in advance! It would also be amazing to receive clearer information on how the SPA works, and eventually have a little tour of the wellness area to have an idea of how it works before going there.

    Cons: Americans like information and context. The spa facilities and treatment options were confusing and it would have been nice to see instructions, etc. online - for example, Americans, in general do not know the term Turkish bath and I did not take my reading glasses into the spa area, therefore, the instructions were difficult to read.

    Pros: The receptionist was a fantastic lady. The location is walkable to the castle and town. The cappuccinos were delicious and the room clean
    Cons: The 1st 2 nights were ok. The last night was terrible. We didn't want a party hotel and nowhere was notice that the 5 star fancy restaurant would become a nightmare to sleep. Because it became a disco for a private party. We woke up to hear loud music until 12am... we are requesting a credit for the last night...it reminded me of a hotel in the bar distribution of Playa del Carmen, Mexico. The spa water was not hot enough and the relaxing room attached too cold to relax. We requested couples massage services but found out upon arrival that it was 2 separate rooms. I cant recommend this hotel if you stay on a weekend, unless you want to hear loud USA music and Bass music and a loud dj screaming into his microphone.

    Not a 4-star hotel

    Pros: The staff were lovely and the location is walkable to old town Ischia and Ischia Port.
    Cons: I left a day early. There was an overwhelming damp smell and the building is old and clearly in need of upgrading. The superior room was quite small and the mini shower was dark and not inviting. The lack of a proper sitting area is unfortunate since the spa area is only available once a day for 45 mins and the room wasnt particularly comfortable.

    Beautiful place and the hotel is absolutely beautiful over looking the ocean.

    Pros: Loved that it was a spa, was able to get treatments done, use the Turkish bath.
    Cons: The food options were a little to fancy and the room was very small, not a lot of room.

    We had a good stay, I recommend this hotel!

    Pros: The room, the pool and the entire hotel is very good and welcoming, we had a nice stay there. The pool is very good and clean, room is clean and welcoming. location of the hotel is also great. Staff are very welcoming and helpful.
    Cons: AC in the room is very cold or very hot, it would have been better to control the AC from the room. You cannot control the AC from the room, you need to go to the reception in order to to request a higher or a lower temperature. Breakfast is not really rich, it is very basic and it is not a buffet which was a bit of a turn off for us.
