Timeshare hell. Culturally disappointing.

Pros: Weather and nice looking hotel. Felt safe.

Cons: Timeshare hell. Food and drink expensive - geared for american market. Food bland. Better tasting mexican food in NZ. No info provided by staff on arrival. Poor service. Had to ask those staff selling timeshares for info about resort. Entertainment was poor - built for americans. Dont want michael jackson or abba - would prefer mexican themed. Hotel is geared towards retirement age!

Luxurious quiet resort with great food and drinks.

Pros: Modern and luxurious, great pool and chairs.

Cons: Too many people putting towels out to save chairs then never coming to sit in them. Waiter at one of the restaurants failed to mention the cost of a 1700 peso bottle of wine that wasnt part of our all inclusive package. Not much going on in the evening.

RUDE Lobby Personnel. Rude Poolside attendants.

Pros: Nothing at all.

Cons: I did not like the pool personnel service, some catered only to people form the USA, I too came from the USA to stay at this place but because of my Mexican Nationality I or my family were not treated the same as the other visitors from the USA. I will never stay here ever again. Thank you.
