Cons: When I figured out this hotel on Google Maps the rate was roughly 24,000 ARS. But, they charged me $89. The hotel rates were wrong and the staff was terrible.

A pleasant stay in an excellent location

Pros: A small hotel in an excellent location within a ten-minute walk of the obelisque. Lots of cafes nearbye. Breakfast was not included but the attached cafe next door offered an excellent breakfast, including hot food, for a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful and the reception was manned 24 hours a day. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the aircon was effective. It was also convenient to have a kettle, cups, plates nd a sink in the room.

Cons: The lifts were quite small.

Pros: Ruben @the front desk --- Fabulous & has a great personality. Love him. Excellent that they can assist you when speaking English. Hotel is economically price and location is easily accessible to subway, train or get a taxi.

Cons: Lobby is a bit too small, but ok. Room is very basic, bathroom is alright. If there is someone in the next room, you can hear all the noise, find it a bit hard to sleep at night.

Pros: Location was great. Very close to tourist area and attractions.

Pros: The front desk attendants were very friendly and very helpful. Great, walkable location.

Cons: Long waits for elevator. The rooms and the furnishings look old and tired and worn.

Cons: Aircon needs some cleaning as there were black stuff falling from it onto bed.

Pros: Location was great, everything was clean and comfortable. Loved the suite arrangement for our group.

Cons: For the price it seems breakfast should have been included, but it gave us motivation to explore the neighborhood cafes

We will never come back again and will not recommend friends or colleagues to choose this hotel.

Cons: 1. price is not low, but hotel and room are very small and old, not worthy the price. 2.Most of the staff in reception desk are nice, but one of them is not (not sure whether because of language barrier or not experienced as others), one day we asked him to help call a taxi to Hilton, it seems he called a private taxi, not official taxi, that driver trying to charge us much much more money! Firstly, he took us to the wrong hotel (Sheraton) which is even closer (only 5 minutes from Up viamonte) than Hilton; secondly, even to Hilton usually 2000 pesos , but he tried to charge 6000 pesos, and no receipt! Anyway, thanks to the help communication from Sheraton hotel staff, finally he agreed to charge less, we paid 3000 pesos in the end, but the experience is terrible, he charged us more money just because we are the foreigners? We don't understand. And not finished yet, because he sent us to the wrong hotel, we have to take another taxi again from Sheraton to Hilton, waste extra time and money. 3. we are two people and paid for two rooms separately, we requested separate invoices when we checked in hotel, but when checked out, maybe because of their internal communication issue, what we received is only one joint invoice, they said they would send us two separate invoices by email on Monday, we have to wait tomorrow then, hopefully they will follow the words to send in time.
