    Pros: Location was perfect. The apartment was large with three TV's. Beach is beautiful.
    Cons: Internet was weak or non existent. The staff immediately assisted with fixing the problem but signal was weak in our unit. Mobile (cell) reception was very good. With that said I would still re-book this trip.

    Cons: There was a smell in the rooms - needed to be aired out - bought cinnamon brooms to mask the musty smell - Some of the casserole dishes were dirty

    Best views on beach!

    Pros: Loved the beach and the great service from the staff!! Fast friendly service what ever we needed they did their best to help us out!! we needed a late check out and they provided us with a room called the turtles nest which was equipped with kitchen, TV, chairs and showers!! Amazing beach service was provided by Marty wonderful chairs umbrellas! Marty was on his game every day!! Great stay in room 202!! We will be back !

    It was a decent stay but building needs better maintenance and condo for money that is charged

    Pros: The size of condo was good and balcony table and chairs
    Cons: The building itself is old and not well maintained, elevator is smelly since it has no air conditioner vent , its slow . The condo bathrooms not super clean , the coffee maker is old fashioned, no filter provided, most places have kcup makers . The screen on balcony is torn in several places . Floor is tile and can be slippery if you come with wet feet and sandals from the outside. Several times the water in bathroom was super cold with no hot water like it was on some sort of timer . Like hot water not available at all times . Air conditioner seemed to be automatically controlled and at times like an ice box and no way to control it .

    Pros: Location was beautiful.
    Cons: There were bugs, it was noisy most of the night with children running around unsupervised. Would be nice to have more children friendly activity on property.

    We have a wonderful time visiting with many family members that were also at Turtle Reef

    Pros: The location was exactly what we wanted. The pool was great. Access to beach was great.
    Cons: Someone was smoking weed and cigerattes below us which prevent us from sitting on the baloney. We reported it three times to management. They said since they could not see who was doing it they couldn't do anything about it. I think since it is stated everywhere that it is a smoke free environment they should be able to do something.

    Perfect beach getaway, we will definitely be back!

    Pros: Its beautiful with ocean views, great water pressure in showers and spacious for a family of 5. Everything you need in a home is there for your convenience!
    Cons: A pesky inventory sheet that would make sense for a long stay but for a short stay it seemed unnecessary. Counting forks and hangers instead of relaxing from a long drive was frustrating but the scenery quickly made up for it ;-) The office said no rush on it but honestly you cant help but feel you need to do it right away or possibly be held accountable for something. I think the hotel staff should check it beforehand but perhaps too many items have gone missing in the past and they have no choice but to handle it this way.

    Cons: Very dated! Old worn out building, construction on the roof and construction debris left on the ground for days. Not an appealing place!
