Cons: The hotel is excellent and very clean, but there was an issue with one of the receptionists who had a misunderstanding. When I requested to speak to the manager for clarification, she claimed to be the manager. However, I contacted the hotel and it became clear that she was not the manager. The actual manager understood my concern and apologized for the misunderstanding. Except for this employee, all other staff members were excellent

Comfortable hotel, with terrible customer service, managed by people with bad professionalism.

Pros: Condition and quality of the hotel's infrastructure, as well as the rooms. Very clean and taken care of.

Cons: Very poor check-in service. I booked 2 nights and they changed rooms on the 2nd night. This is because when I arrived at the room on the 2nd night, it was busy with another customer! Incredible! It never happened to me. And what was even more interesting was that our belongings (suitcases and clothes) were at the reception! I just didn't call the police because nothing disappeared, but I should have done so. Unacceptable!

Cons: - window was opened (I dont know why as the AC was on) when I arrived (late in the evening, after 20,00 hrs) and there were some mosquitos in the room - not a nice moment. - the room was not too clean, - other guests next to my room were having drinks and smoking in front of my door / window, and which was extremely annoying. - my room was in a different block, where everyone could walk and talk in front of my door (not ideal when trying to rest). - even though the hotel was not (by far) fully booked, Ive asked for one more hour to stay (late checkout instead of 11,00 to be 12,00), and I was told I must pay 15 - no thank you.

Clean, modern and efficient place to stay in the centre of Aalst

Pros: I arrived late every evening of my 2 night stay(s). Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was fast. The hotel is very new and spotless.

Cons: Some things can be improved for a hotel that with a 4 star ambition and price category. - There was no minibar in the room and I had to take opened drinks from the bar to my room. - Absolutely nothing to eat for late arrivals, not even a snack from the microwave oven. - I ended up unexpectedly in the hotel and they were not able to provide me with a toothbrush etc. In every business hotel I've been (with luggage lost by an airline) they always had some emergency kit to help their guests. I had to go to the adjacent night shop to buy a toothbrush. These 3 details made me feel like a customer that 'just rented a room' instead of a guest in a 4-star hotel.

Nice and centrally located hotel with very comfortable beds

Pros: Very clean and spacious room for three adults. The beds are really comfortable. Nice bathroom. The hotel is located in the centre of Aalst with lots of nice bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away.

Cons: The breakfast for 20/person is not value for money. There are many cafs just 5-10 min walk from the hotel with a nice and affordable offering.
