Cons: horrible little family who runs this place and has no manners/understanding of how to deal with customers. I regret going there after a lovely stay in phuket of 2 months and different hotels where I was treated with decency and respect. The people here should not run any kind of hotel.

Disturbing, Gossipy Staff who try to get into your personal business

Pros: the place could be nice if it was well-maintained. there are many broken things. Theres an overall sad and nasty feeling - like staff gossiping about their clients, bc they are unhappy with their lives and income. They look down at customers who are much wealthier and travel alone. I was disrespected several times by these degenerates with no education and lack of service abilities

Cons: I stayed at 2 5 star hotels and one 4 star hotel before. Im a tall, good-looking blonde woman travelling alone and never had problems before, i used some Tumeric in face masks, they charged me 1500 Baht for the stains- almost feeling some weird sense of satisfaction. The people are awful and weird. The cleaning lady touched my dresses and complimented them who does that? The staff should never do that in my opinion, its just unprofessional to touch someones dresses and start a conversation as if theyre your friend. The staff overall is cheap, uneducated, gossiping behind peoples back - I came in with an ear infection which got worse there after all the stress and the negative energy they were spreading ( which forced me to extend my stay). I would never ever recommend to anyone to come to this place. Its empty anyways, theres hardly anyone there. The staff is nosey, will make up stories about you and try to get into your business, Gross and disturbing behaviour

Wonderful hotel with a quiet and peaceful location and friendly staff.

Pros: Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good quiet and peaceful location next to the golf course. And the nicest beds I've slept in during my holidays in Thailand, absolutely wonderful, not the usual hard ones.

Cons: The only bad thing was the internet connection in the room which was very slow.

My stay has been amazing. The food is nice and staff are also friendly.

Pros: The food is amazing at the restaurant! Also, the staff are very helpful and accommodating. The facilities are great as well and my room is fine. The location is quite far from the main road but you can always rent a motorbike (which is very convenient if you want to stay longer in Phuket and you can travel anywhere you want). Overall, my stay has been a pleasure! Would definitely come back :)

Cons: very run down, they say Wi-Fi is there but it never worked and my phone was faster, no smart TV youre stuck with Thai channels, beware that you will have to order food in or do out as you have nothing available after 630pm

Very relaxing stay in beautiful, quiet location!

Pros: Ordered room service several times, food was great and the restaurant staff excellent, really polite and friendly. They have to carry the food quite a distance, depending on block. All reception staff friendly and helpful. Great setting in beautiful golf course, isolated from town centres but that didn't concern me - rented bike.

Cons: Not much really. Can't find any major flaws. Elements of room showed some sign of age, but nothing that impacted my stay.
