    Not a resort feel.

    Pros: Large room, comfortable bed, good location.
    Cons: No breakfast. Needed to drive for any food. Mildew in tub, ceiling tile should have been replaced. Cost of room was high. There were lots of ways to add additional fees. Cleaning fee plus envelope in room as tip for housekeeping. Charge me environmental fee for water, but planted grass in front yard. Should have used xerioscape.

    Quiet, enjoyable location in Southern Utah about 7 miles from Bullfrog Marina on Lake Powell.

    Pros: Very friendly staff. Very clean room. Excellent coffee. Love the isolated location. The swimming pool was a an unexpected surprise! Plus they have TCM! The in room microwave and refrigerator worked to perfection and was great to have.
    Cons: The bed gets mixed reviews: my wife and daughter loved the bed; I found it too soft. The topper pads need to be tied down. We stayed in one of the newly upgraded rooms and staff specifically asked about the bed's comfort. Also, we suggested the facility add additional towel bars.

    Pros: Very basic room for the price
    Cons: Booking.com charges a hidden fee. The advertised price of the room is misleading. I could have saved the $23.68 and booked directly with the lodge. The resort fee was ridiculous because this was no resort. The cleaning fee price is not listed, even a baseline cost of a non-damaged room should be listed. Your service is unnecessary and a scam. Never using this site again.

    Pros: Price point was great, $50 cheaper than Defiance house.
    Cons: A little bit dated, parking lot could use a few more overhead lights for security purposes as we were a bit worried about someone stealing stuff that was in our truck.
