We greatly enjoyed our stay at this historic inn.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The style and craftsmanship of the old inn was gorgeous. The staff were very knowledgeable and nice. She asked about the concert wed seen and guided us to the best local hotspots.

Pros: Hotel has old world charm. Loved that restaurant was attached to hotel. We were tired from traveling and was nice to walk from our room right to the restaurant. Was far enough away from kitchen and staff that we were not bothered with noise all night.

Cons: Inn was charming, but needs some upgrades. The central unit was on the wall and had to be switched on before you could turn on heating or cooling. Was located behind chair that you had to stand in to turn on. We were told they are starting renovations next month through April 2024. Would love to go back and see the upgrades.

I would not stay at this property again.

Pros: Charming area with great views of, and access to the lake. Lovely helpful staff provided a nice dinner recommendation, suggestions for walking trails and alternate driving route.

Cons: The room smelled like mildew and the sheets on the bed were not clean. The desk clerk brought clean sheets, but they were not pressed or the correct size. There was a garbage sack outside our door that I had to request be removed. The place needs maintenance, the tile in the front entry is all broken out and the floor tile in our bath had two large cracks.

Our stay was perfect for the Wedding we attended.

Pros: We travelled from Colorado to Wolfeboro for a wedding just up the street. The location of the Wolfeboro Inn was perfect. We had stayed there in May to attend a funeral for a dear friend.

Our stay magnified out 60th anniversary by the personal joy and professional service to us both

Pros: Breakfast was fantastic. The young man from Turkey was absolutely GREAT and accommodated our breakfast beautifully for us celebrating our 60th anniversary. Equally, the Magnificent Chef created a grand anniversary cake for us at our dinner celebrating our 60th Anniversary. It was perfect service throughout our stay there by ALL!

Cons: Shower did not work asked to change rooms, initially was told " we are fully booked" but with some forceful but polite requests we were moved to a new room. The following morning we had no HOT water in the new room. The remote for air-conditioning did not work. Lastly the phone would ring randomly at all hours of the night and Day. Was told by front desk " yes, that's been an issue lately, you could have just unplugged it"

Cons: The Inn was nothing like you portrayed on your website. The handicap room was a joke. No seat or hand bars in the tiny shower. No room service restaurant closed on Mondays. We were unable to get food. We had to leave due to unsatisfactory conditions. Our romantic getaway was destroyed. We had to travel 200+ miles to find suitable accommodation. Our vacation was ruined. Suggest you do a better job when posting descriptions of places

Great location. But would not stay there again.

Pros: We liked the location of this hotel. It was walking distance to shops and restaurants. Some of the staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons: The hotel was very outdated and dirty. Walking through the front doors, there were cobwebs and dirt all over the place. There was trash outside on the property that was never picked up during our stay. Definitely bring your own shampoo and soap! They are pump bottles that look like they have not been taken out and cleaned. It is impossible to get ahold of someone when you call. I have left three messages and have not received a call back. I have had two pending charges on my account. I have called to see what those charges are, but I cant get a hold of anyone.

Very Poor

The inn is a dump!!!!!

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: The inn is a dump!!!!! Outdated, smelly and dirty. The showers didn't work. We left after a few hours of staying there. Fortunately, the hotel returned our money. We left in a hurry at 9 PM after discovering that we couldn't take showers. Disgusting place!!!!
