Pros: Every person at this place is extremely kind and cares only about guest's comfort! We were upgraded upon arrival in a grand canal view suite with terrace as a gift for our anniversary!! Surprises were coming every day. We have visited several 5 star hotels and resorts but I can tell for sure that nothing can beat St.Regis Venice!!! Thank you for your exceptional hospitality! Pros: Amazing location, the view was breathtaking! We had a great time in Venice, nice and helpful staff and the food was pretty delicious as well. The place was great easy access to the main market ans shops, along with an amazing view in the restaurant in the lobby.

Perfect hotel at a reaonable price in a great location.

Pros: The hotel is excellently located with a lovely terrace with unsurpassed views. The staff are lovely and met our needs. The gym, whilst still a hotel gym, was a little limited by weights, but perfectly serviceable for an adapted workout. The hot chocolate on the terrace is a joy.
