    Fantastic. A fabulous experience.

    Pros: The hotel is unique. Part art gallery part museum part plain made having a beautiful breakfast in the courtyard with pool and fountains you are transported back to Ancient Greece.
    Cons: The hotel is very noisy until after midnight.

    Very magnificent architecture and old...

    Pros: The property is one of a kind with a truly amazing staff. Thank you to Cruz for making our anniversary extra special. We totally loved the beauty of the property and wish we stayed longer!!
    Cons: Nothing can be done about the area surrounding this gem. My advice is to contact the tourism for the city of Miami and help clean it up. We had an oceanfront suite but could not see the water as vendor tents on the beach blocked the view. The property however is a gem!

    Awful - Dirty, run down...

    Pros: Breakfast was good. Dinner was delicious.
    Cons: The room was the most boring and the noisiest I have ever stayed in. This is not a hotel. This is a restaurant with a few rooms added on. Noise until 1am Awful, then starts at 6:30am. SOOO LOUD. Only colour in room was a patch of Versace material on the bed- totally grey. Fridge stuck on top of a cupboard, with only 4 cans of drink. Only 1 bath towel, So cheap.

    Avoid. Leeching on a name...

    Pros: The hotel gave us a refund after we checked out early and lent us an umbrella when it was raining.
    Cons: From start to finish this hotel was terrible. We were greeted on arrival with simply "ID and credit card" and then given no directions to our room. The room itself was tired with torn upholstery and missing handles etc. The main issue however, which we were not informed of prior to booking or on arrival (nor were other guests), was a private party happening. With the clean up this didn't finish until 3am and I don't think anyone in the hotel got any sleep! We later found out this was the second night in a row that it had occurred! The pool area closes early and is so close to the restaurant you're sitting next to a tabled seating area. Breakfast was cold and basically inedible. We checked out early and checked into a nearby hotel which was half the price and x20's better. Do not let the past association with Versace assume this hotel is quality!

    Cons: I would’ve loved to know about the events taking place prior to booking to set better expectations of myself and my partner.

    Pros: The property is stunning. Location is great and the restaurant was wonderful. However, as hotel guests you are supposed to get preferential seating at dinner, this was not the case despite communicating with them multiple times by email.
