Pros: The breakfast is a 10. The food and service were exceptional. Dinner menu was also excellent. The balinese dance show was a treat. Overall, the resort is very attractive and clean and the service is top notch! Shout out to Piki. She helped make our stay a bit more comfortable.

Cons: Our villa was big and beautiful, but because the air conditioning in the room is undersized it was hot and left us uncomfortable the whole week. Evenings and early mornings weren't so bad but the afternoons were miserable.

Pros: Super warm and caring! Arrange unexpected decorations for our anniversary and for my wifes bday too. Staff are so helpful and kind. The candle night dinner in the lawn was impressive. Two of us occupied the lawn area to celebrate my wifes bday. Awesome! Just a short walk then we can have restaurants, massage parlors The villa is big and we enjoyed very very much.

Cons: To improve, can consider to add blind for toilet and shower room. At night, a bit scary with the outdoor pond view.

Pros: Excellent place to spend our honeymoon. Everything was great, starting from the breakfast, the private pool, the details in the villa, the staff always friendly and ready to help out. The common areas are beautiful, plenty of flowers and the main pool a jewel.

Pros: A large generous breakfast was included that you could choose each morning from a menu. The resort is very well maintained and quite large. The first night I had a connecting room villa and I could hear every word from the room next door but the management offered to change the villa even that night but as I was already ready for bed I just put in some earplugs and went to sleep in the huge comfortable bed. They moved me the next day to a better villa when I was out sightseeing. The private pools are quite small and deep but for one person they were fine. There is also a large resort pool one can use. The rooms were spacious, with both indoor and outdoor showers and indoor sunken bath. I walked to the Monkey Forest but it was a good 30-min walk and part of the way was dodgy in terms of the condition of the walking path along the road. The visit there is a must though. There is a free shuttle from the resort at certain fixed hours but as the traffic in Ubud is horrendous, I did opt to walk. There is a lovely complimentary afternoon tea with savory and sweet treats. I had a driver for a day to visit Jatiluwih Rice terraces (A Unesco World Heritage site) and Ulun Danu Beratan Hindu temple site. For some reason my photos won't upload to this site.

Cons: Lovely quiet resort but I only opted to stay 2 nights as you would depend on shuttle service to get to the center of Ubud--Or walk.

Awesome property and impeccable service!!!

Pros: The property is extremely clean. Staff are very friendly, courteous and ensure guests are taken care well. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely return there some day.

Cons: The only thing is service is slightly slow in the restaurant which is very common in Ubud. Thats the only thing I tght which can be improved.

A wonderful resort!

Pros: We had a wonderful week staying at the Ubud Village. It is as beautiful as it looks in photos. The atmosphere across the resort was so serene, peaceful and romantic - perfect to celebrate our honeymoon. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive and nothing seemed too much trouble. When we arrived the outside shower was faulty but when we reported it, the staff were on the case instantly and it was fixed the following day. There are so many facilities on offer here as well, we absolutely loved our early morning trek and often made use of the shuttle bus into Ubud centre! The villa was clean and comfortable and had some lovely unique features such as the outdoor bath! There is plenty of wildlife to see within the resort/rooms alone but the rooms are well equipped for this, offering plenty of insect repellant items. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Ubud. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Absolutely wonderful and its our Bali home while were away from home

Pros: Absolutely stunning property and it has the most wonderful friendly and helpful staff We felt at home right away

Cons: The aircon didnt get quiet cold enough but the aircon we had the year before worked extremely well so it may just be a technical issue Minor problem as the accommodation and grounds are stunning

Celebrated our honeymoon here

Pros: I went there to celebrate my honeymoon and the wife loved the location and villa, the scenery is breathtaking and the staff are very friendly and accommodating, service is excellent! Whilst we had lots of insects the staff were very helpful and removing unwanted ants and such. The facilities were really nice and the main pool was amazing, loved the private pool as well we used that a lot. Price was brilliant and loved the experience since it was our first time in Bali. Would happily recommend to anyone.

Cons: Naturally Ubud is in a jungle so lots of insects is expected, but unfortunately the wife had enough as we kept getting bitten and she reacts really badly to them. The canopies outside are really nice but too many insects to relax on them so a bit hard to enjoy. The outside bath looked really nice but again too many ants, especially the big ones. Wife is gluten intolerant and vegetarian so whilst outside the hotel there were lots of options but the hotel restaurant not so much and were okay at best.

A good stay

Pros: Beautiful grounds and a wonderful warm staff. The pool area and the restaurant have a beautiful view of the rice fields. A walk in the morning through the property cheers you up.

Cons: Rooms need renovation, parts of the room are old and worn out. Some areas in the room need an immediate update. The property has a lot of potential, but falls a bit short of living upto 5-star standards due to this one reason
