Pros: only F&B staff is friendly when i'm going to have my breakfast on that day i check out.

Cons: when i arrived early, i paid for early check in, then the room that provided very dusty, bedsheet and duvet cover got stains, end up i upgraded myself to suite room with extra pay, at first they said will send the key after 30 minutes, after 40 - 50 minutes i called to reception, the receptionist want me go down to the lobby, and suddenly said will send the key to my room, is confusing. after change room, i found out the air con in the room is not cold, is warm even the air con is 16 degree with largest fan speed, the living room's air con is cooler than the room, plus during check in, the receptionist didnt inform me about the breakfast time and venue, end up before i went to sleep i called to reception and ask. the next day during check out, the reception didnt record or change the room number after i upgraded to the suite room, insist return me cash RM 50 for the deposit(maybe is other guest's cash deposit), i didnt accept because i use my credit card pre-auth as deposit, the receptions is in very blur situation, end up i need to keep reminding them that i have been change room and told them my previous room number, told them to charge on the upgrade fee and etc., teach them step by step of the check out procedure, i'm from hotel industry and previously i'm also a receptionist, thank god i didnt forget the procedure on check out a guest. but as a guest, it is very disappointed and annoying experiences, and i will not stay again.

Pros: Breakfast is okay. Location is good because near Banda Hilir, shopping mall. Ample parking with security guard.

Cons: My room last time, the aircond is not so cold enough. My first room, the aircond is not cold and compressor is giving loud noise, then I got to change the room. The second room also not cold, so I just let it be considering very hassle for me to move. My suggestion, please change the aircond unit as it look shabby and old. Amenities and facility inside room also not looking good and room smell quite funny. Perhaps in my room last time, it can be furnished with some plates, utensils at kitchenette. TV channel reception is very poor and dont have so many channels.
