Pros: I enjoyed the experience at the spectator hotel. i went with my husband and kids and the staff noticed my kids and gave them a coloring book and colored pencils. We also had a small bag left on our door by our butler Jerry with the same thing and a hand written note that said “for the little ones”. Our butler also wrote down restaurant recommendations after telling him the type of food we enjoyed. I could keep going, but this hotel was a nice different experience!

Pros: Breakfast was excellent and with good choices and flexibility. The option have it brought to the room was very helpful. The staff were wonderful. Very nice bar/lounge area. Quiet, clean, beautiful in a not "over the top" way. Just a great experience.

The people at the hotel...

Pros: Location was amazing. Jim in the lobby was the nicest man ever and made us feel so welcomed. The staff were simply top notch. Jim and his associate that worked the lobby were so informative and knowledgeable about the city. They really made our trip.

Cons: Nothing. Wish we had a tub in our room.

Pros: The hotel was very comfortable, loved the bar area, rooms were very nice along with the turn down service and water in the refrigerator. Thank you! The service was excellent and everyone was so friendly. Loved the breakfast delivery to the room!

Pros: The property is great and the location is very good.

Cons: Our room needed lots of updates. Stained carpet, beat up furniture and bathroom floors looks very old with dirty grout.

Pros: The hotel was excellent, in a great location and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good but the choice was limited.

Cons: There was no dining room, where we normally like to eat breakfast, this was a disadvantage.
