    Cons: Rooms facing the street will give you a very noise experience. I had to change to one facing the courtyard as a result of street noise and poor blocking of said noise from window.

    Pros: Great location less than two blocks from Russell Square station and easy Uber pickups. Breakfast was good each morning. Concierge/security personnel in lobby friendly and helpful.

    Pros: Great location for the west end, kings cross station and underground. Beds lovely and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

    Pros: Its location. Lighting in the room was great!
    Cons: Rooms were like a dorm room. Even less so. No chair in the room. Twin beds. Only one had a nightstand. TV could only be seen from one bed. Hair dryer cord was so tight that it was difficult to reach my head and I am short.

    Great stay with the hotel centrally located for a great deal of visitor attractions. Busy hotel so it can be a bit noisy

    Pros: Great location close to Russel Square underground and buses right outside. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast variety.
    Cons: No ventilation in the bathroom. Shower over the bathtub and was slippery, need to add non slip surface. Super noisy outside even with the window closed. Breakfast whilst it had good variety is too expensive. Not enough coat hangers in the cupboard. Listing on booking.com said there was a safe however there was none in the room. Room and facilities need upgrading. Pillows were super flat.

    Pros: Room was newly renovated, very clean and comfortable. Location is short walk to Paddington underground station (a direct line to/from Heathrow).

    Pros: Hotel was in a good location, close to public transport and the city centre
    Cons: We were in one of the older rooms that hasnt been renovated, room was very small and bathroom was average. Shower curtains are so unhygienic I dislike any bathroom that has them. No safe, mini fridge or aircon in the hotel room. Our room was on the 1st floor above the restaurant and was so noisy at all times.

    Great location, dated hotel, musty smell and ridiculous wait times to check in.

    Pros: Location and price were great.
    Cons: In a queue for 50 minutes to check in, ended up missing a booking for sightseeing. The receptionist refused to give a receipt when we paid, she told us we can only get this on check out and could only give us an invoice. Carpets were not completely clean in the triple room. Musty smell in room and corridor.
