Convenient but lacking in hospitality. Still don't know why we were charged extra.

Pros: We liked the location and convenience. The security guys at the gate were very helpful. Having a mini kitchen (microwave, mini fridge, mini kitchen sink with dishwasher, soap, bowls, plates, glasses, etc.) was convenient since we were out early and back late. Needed a place where we can heat up food and store water for our hikes. Wide and deep shower/bathtub. Wish we could've used for an ice bath after our hikes. Toiletries provided except for toothpaste. Free wifi and parking included on site.

Cons: Was charged $80+ out of our deposit but wasn't told why. I even left a $50 tip on a 2 night stay where we barely stayed at the hotel, left the room clean, all towels were accounted for, extra trash disposed of outside, did not eat breakfast. Did not use cutlery and left all the shampoo and soap (we brought our own shampoo). The room also felt stuffy (stale air) and the carpet was a little dated. The guy who checked us in was very rude and unhelpful. Gave him a pass because it was late at night but the hospitality was certainly lacking.

Cons: Man who greeted us wasnt very friendly, lobby was a construction site, room was very hot with no air conditioning, only a tiny window opened and a whole bunch of dead bugs fell out into the room, bed uncomfortable, we got up after a couple hours and left and found a different hotel to sleep in.

Pros: The room was very spacious and clean. The resort itself had many activities to take advantage of if you did not want to explore. The location was close to the downtown area as well as many hiking trails and scenic views if that peaks your interest. Overall, it was a great facility and well maintained.

Cons: The only thing that I didn't like was the lack of parking for certain buildings. There were not enough spaces towards the end of our trip once more and more people came in.
