    Exceptional

    Super overnighter in the Raeburn.

    Pros: From the moment we were upgraded to a sumptuous de luxe room to the morning of check out we could not be happier with the Raeburn. Set in one of our favourite urban villages, Stockbridge, we were able to enjoy the best of the many independent shops and cafes in the area and relax in the lively bar and restaurant area of the Raeburn in the evening The young staff were exceptional and the reception staff especially so. The decor in the room was wonderful and the bath and shower area superb. I can't recommend highly enough.
    Cons: No significant quibbles with any aspect of the hotel, bar or restaurant.

    Pros: The room was excellent, well appointed and had everything required. The location was great as we had a reservation at a restaurant across the road. The staff were great, couldn't be more helpful and this created a great buzz in the hotel

    Pros: No breakfast included. We had a room upgrade which was a lovely surprise. Room and facilities excellent, we and felt very comfortable with excellent service from all staff.

    Pros: Large rooms. Modern bar and restaurant area, comfortable
    Cons: Breakfast was very slow. We waited 40mins for porridge then cooked breakfast. They were all brought together, however this was swiftly put to rights by a supervisor, food was excellent!

    Absolutely perfect

    Pros: We had a perfect room - so comfortable, clean and well-decorated with a large and beautiful bathroom with free-standing bath. The room service meal was delicious and we will be back to eat in the restaurant based on that! Stockbridge is a fabulous place and only a short walk from the city centre. Highly recommended.

    Unbelievable value for money. A...

    Pros: Beautiful clean, gorgeous decor, location was fab and the Staff were super friendly and helpful.
    Cons: The only one complaint I could think of was the fan in the bathroom was quite loud. But other than that absolutely nothing.

    Pros: Our room was gorgeous and the bathroom was incredible!
    Cons: The room was uncomfortably hot at night, we couldn’t figure out how to turn down the heating so had to sleep with the window open. Not a huge problem but noticeable.

    Wonderful

    Great stay

    Pros: A fantastic place to unwind and the staff were extremely helpful. We had the front facing deluxe room which was really spacious with a spacious bathroom with a big shower and bath, there is also a bar and restaurant within the hotel, the bar had a very relaxing atmosphere with a decent variety of beers on tap. We walked from the hotel to the Royal Mile which only took 25 minutes so is in a good location, there are also great independent shops and restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and will definitely be back
    Cons: Could do with more car parking spaces but I'm sure this can't be helped.
