    Cons: The level of upkeep and amenities was not on par with what I think of as a $400/night room. Lightbulb was out in the bathroom, no good makeup lighting anywhere in the room, 1 elevator operational at all times and for a brief period no elevators. Luckily, we were on the 3rd floor and could easily take the stairs but if you have mobility issues you would be in trouble. Musty smell in the hallway. The staff was incredible and made up for some of this but I would not stay again at that rate.

    NOLA family Spring Break trip

    Pros: The location was amazing! Staff was quick to address any requests. On-site restaurant, Jack Rose, was beautiful and delicious on a rainy afternoon. There was no need to leave our hotel. The St Charles Streetcar arrives in front of the hotel, easy access to Uptown and French Quarter while sightseeing. You can enjoy a drink at the downstairs bar or take it up to your room to enjoy.
    Cons: the elevator was inoperable once but repaired immediately. upon our arrival, the guests next to us were smoking, we notified the front desk and were moved immediately to another room.

    NOLA family Spring Break trip

    Pros: The location was amazing! Staff was quick to address any requests. On-site restaurant, Jack Rose, was beautiful and delicious on a rainy afternoon. There was no need to leave our hotel.
