Passable

Pros: The cleanliness and the ducks. and the ambiance. The bell hops are amazing. It even seems demeaning to say "bell-hop". They are gentlemen.
Cons: The restaurant staff, except for the lady who has been there for 8 yrs. The restaurant was mediocre at best. My hair dryer quit working. I called and asked for another. She said it would be right up and I never heard anything else. Could have gotten that service at Motel 6.

Pros: For the expected experience it wasn't what I expected the room was small and especially the bathroom. I'd I had to choose again I'd book somewhere else that I know. There was no refrigerator or microwave in room.
Cons: I can get a cheap $75 room and be better equipped with the things I needed

You pay for the show,...

Pros: The location was great. The lobby and mezzanine were beautiful. Cocktails at the hotel bar were excellent.
Cons: The room was not worth the price. Very loud metal bang sounds were coming nonstop from the service elevator from 8am to 8pm. The bathroom was small. The toilet flush on the 11th floor was not working well. We stayed for 2 nights and our room did not get cleaned although we were gone most of the day. The number of elevators is insufficient so long wait times are expected to go to your room and back. This is particularly true around the duck show at 11am and 5pm, that happened to be at check in/check out times.
