Cons: The door that connected my room to the room next to mine was located by the head of my bed. The person in that room slept with the television on all night and I could hear him in the mornings getting ready. Really small bathroom, tight for a larger person

Very Poor
Pros: The only reason the hotel definitely met my expectations for their rating was customer service and if it was not for their level expertise in guest service I would have left this review giving it only one star. To the staff at the peabody I thank you.
Cons: Whoever did the renovation needs to refund the hotel very impractical I found the bathroom space to be, didn’t mind the overall theme of the room but I think a hotel room should have an effective floorplan.

Cons: For the amount per night I expected to be able to sit on the toilet without the sink digging into my back. 2 night stands and a working phone. The space between the bed and the desk was approximately 10 inches and very hard to negotiate as a 200# man.

Exceptional
Pros: Wonderful location. Historic charm. The lobby and common areas are everything one would hope for in a grand historic hotel. Staff was wonderful.
Cons: Not really a negative, but this is an old hotel. Despite being very clean and well taken care of, rooms are relatively small; bathrooms are cramped and less functional than in a more modern hotel.
