    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

    Pros: Staff was exceptionally helpful. Due to a road closure from Big Bear Lake and the possibility of heavy rain from Hurricane Hillary the staff prioritized getting our room ready early. We were able to get in several hours before normal check-in time. It was very much appreciated.
    Cons: The room could have been bigger. It is nicely decorated and cozy.

    Pros: The room was clean and the staff was very accommodating. It was a perfect location to enjoy the lake and other nearby restaurants and attractions.
    Cons: The room did need a few minor repairs, but it wasn't anything that negatively effected our stay. Overall it was a nice place.
