    Pros: Very comfortable conveniently located hotel, beautiful inside and outside. Very clean. At the center of Old Town. Despite of locating on the busy street, it was very quiet inside - The windows in our room were facing inner courtyard (we asked such room during reservation) and were very happy that the hotel complied).     Fine for weekdays or short holidays

    Pros: The staff is super friendly. The breakfast is very delicious. The location is perfect. The rooms are big enough. Quality pillows and blanket.
    Cons: I stayed in the hotel about 5 years ago and at that time it was just amazing. It seems that smth changed in the hotel. The level has dropped. In the restaurant (not in the breakfast room ) smelled like sewage. It as empty. There is no kettle or coffee machine in the room, which I expect form the 5 star hotel.

    Excellent stay in the city centre of Vilnius

    Pros: The hotel is located in the city centre which is very convenient. The room was cozy and comfortable, and spacious for two people. We really enjoyed the spa facilities and quiet ambience. The breakfast was good but lacked vegan options.

    Was good

    Pros: Location was great, it was very clean, breakfast was good. Hotel in was beautiful really liked the aesthetic.
    Cons: SPA was closed on a first day, got in on last day, but one of the saunas was not working and jacuzzi was not very bubbly only one nozzle was working but rest of them were very weak.

    Classic, adequate but lacking

    Pros: The location is great, it has a very nice classy feeling. A very classic style hotel.
    Cons: The staff were unhelpful, the jacuzzi was cold and the stream room wasnt working. We also found the breakfast to be poor considering the price. We wouldnt return as we expected more from a five star.
