Pros: The hotel was amazing but what made it extra special was employee Carrera. She was professional, kind and estremely helpful . She is a real asset to your hotel.

Cons: Needed another chair in the room to watch tv but other than that the room was wonderful.

Pros: This is a boutique quirky hotel a few blocks from the Space Needle. The decor is bold and it lives up to the Pineapple theme. My teens were excited about the facilities and the small little touches like the pineapple charging station and the fun elevators. The bedding is amazing....they give each guest their own duvet!. The staff is attentive and very helpful. Will stay again

Pros: Everything was great and the location was so convenient. It is I. Walking distance to climate pledge arena and there are so many great restaurants near by.

Cons: The blankets were so comfy but me and the hubby couldn’t figure out how to get the blankets to be more like one blanket

Pros: By & large, the staff made staying at The Maxwell superb! Everyday reception greeted us with warm smiles. Everyone who worked there from the bar area to housekeeping treated our whole family with courtesy.

Cons: The drive to the Hotel, I hate driving in large cities. However, the Ubers are decently priced. Also, paying for parking, but that's what you get when you stay in a large city.
