Pros: Location to the Mall

Cons: Misinformed about rating. At best I would rate this property a 2. Very old building, facilities. You need to update your photos. Had to ask everyday to reset the air conditioner. Advertised having a fully equipped kitchen, which was not the case. Need to put humidifiers in each room. Very uncomfortable air quality. Odor in the hallways. Disgusting all around.

the place is good except for the front desk

Pros: indeed a family staycation. we find it relaxing. we just stayed almost the whole day and visited the mall for dinner.

Cons: bad experience is that they were not able to record my payment- it took me so long during check out and told me that I dont have may payment yet grrr I asked them to review the cctv, just to find out that it was not recorded accordingly and I just realized also that they did not issue an OR upon payment. They even asked me I wanted to still have a receipt. I told them that yes - its must be part of their process.

Pros: Very comfortable room specially with the kids, carpeted all over the area which my toddler is safe from running. The whole room is like a home where you can relax and enjoy

Pros: I like the size of the rooms in general. The staffs are all friendly and accommodating.

Cons: During our recent stay at Linden Hotel, my husband and I had one breakfast experience that left us quite disappointed. The bacon and fried bangus were severely overcooked, which was disheartening. Furthermore, while the size of the room was adequate, we couldn't help but notice the poor condition it was in. The toilet tiles were covered in mold, and the overall state of the kitchen was far from satisfactory, with visible filth and broken cabinet doors. As guests, we had hoped for a more pleasant and hygienic environment during our stay. It is essential for the hotel management to address these issues to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all their guests in the future. We sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken constructively, with the aim of making improvements, as we believe Linden Hotel has the potential to offer a better and more inviting accommodation experience.

Clean but need renovation. I would stay there again.

Pros: the three bedroom unit had big rooms which was nice for my purpose. The location in Ortigas Center is perfect all is within walking distance. The staff is very forthcoming and responded quickly to requests.

Cons: The room while clean, had not been renovated since it was build. It frozen at a 1990 level and would need urgent renovation. Kitchen utensils are not sufficient and more should be provided. Very sparse on cloth hangers. The hotel restaurant while offering very good quality of meals, the breakfast buffet missing the traditional Filipino breaky foods, which was disappointing for me. The sofa had multiple stains and would need replacement, as said hasnt been renovated since placed into service.
