Awesome view from the balcony. Room is big and clean. Staff are friendly, helpful.

Pros: The welcome drink - tamarind juice. Because its nice, we asked for more. And the friendly face of the receptionist.

Cons: The smell of the water in the pool. We did not stay long not even 5 minutes in the water. Need additional chlorine perhaps. Tree covering the view of a beautiful sunset in 6th floor where we stayed, should cut few meters from the top (you don't have to cut down the entire tree), so your guests can maximize the beautiful sunset which add value to your property. Towels in the room - management should look at it to suit the rating standard of your hotel. Train your staff to communicate properly - as if accusing me of pinching/stealing your towel. We are still staying at your hotel, and we have the privilege to use your towel whilst we are still there and not it sounds like I am stealing it because the housekeeping said it's missing. Who will steal your worn-out need bleaching towel? Color of the towel supposed to be white but it's not. We have too many towels in our home way better than what you have. If missing because you think I took it and put it in my luggage, you can charge it to my account and ask payment when I checked out.

Pros: It was really amazing staying in this hotel.. it is a little bit far away from the local town and harbour, but doe's matter... you're on vaca !! Just one thing, they need to train their staff better, especially the driver from the hotel. They need to know their locations and map better than the visitors because this is what your company sell ... :)

Cons: Well they advertised they had a spa massage they don't have anything yet, don't eat the pizza, went to open a menu cockroach came out, went to check out first when we got there we payed for the room check out they said we never payed and lots of confusion they contact the front desk man that was there when we check in he took our id's and then he told others he never processed the payment then we payed again very disappointed

Good for one night before the boat trip

Pros: In a very quiet part of Labuan Bajo, away from downtown and mosques. Good for a stay before the boat trip. Free airport transport is a plus.

Cons: Being away from the downtown area means not many choices in terms of food. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor but is quite expensive. Be careful when taking shower as the water can be dangerously hot.

A bit disappointing for international travelers

Cons: There was no balcony in the room. Our room was not cleaned during our stay because they came late afternoon when we had just come from the trip and needed to take a shower and rest. The food in the restaurant was extremely spicy. Even when we ordered spaghetti, it was not possible to eat because it was full of chili. The choice for the breakfast was quite huge. However, it was nothing to eat for those who are vegetarian and gluten-free. It was many confusion with the trip we booked via hotel, including that we didn't get the lunch that we ordered, so needed to go back earlier because everyone was hungry, that was a bit disappointing because we paid a lot for the private boat.

NEVER book in this hotel if you want to relax and have no headaches

Pros: Absolutely nothing. I'm being fully honest and I'm not a picky person. Please read the many reasons why here below.

Cons: We've never had so much trouble sleeping in a 4-star resort during our holidays. There was extremely loud music from early morning and after midnight. They closed all their facilities (like restaurant, bar and even the swimming pool. Btw the beach in front of the hotel is dirty) to host a huge government event and they never informed us about it and we booked this room at least 4 months in advance. There were definitely more than 200 people all over the place, singing, playing instruments, dancing, shouting, eating, doing exercises, giving speeches... After complaining about this whole situation to the hotel staff, they offered us a few options, like free room upgrade or a free transfer/driver to the city. But clearly none of them were a reasonable solution to the fact that we were paying for something that we were forbidden by them to use it. After we insisted, they proposed to book a similar room in another 4-star hotel (Flores Bintang) nearby for the same night rate we were paying here and to charge us only for the 1 night we slept there. Then, we agreed in changing hotels and payed the second and last night directly to the new hotel. As this wasn't bad enough, after leaving Indonesia Jayakarta hotel charged my credit credit 2 times, one time a wrong amount for the first night (IDR 875'304.00 instead of IDR 857'304.00), and the second time, 2 overnights (IDR 1'714'608.00). So in total, I've paid 3 nights, but only stayed 1 night in this hotel.

Nice place good food

Pros: Nice place--out of the way from the main town, but they did provide a shuttle from 6pm to 9 pm to drop you off and pick you back up in town. Nice and peaceful! Beach was nice but there was not chairs on any place to sit! Some trash on the beach! The breakfast in the morning was good!

Cons: The out of town Indonesians were very loud, noise and left trash all around the pool area. We had to leave the pool area a few time due to this! Disappointed!

Cons: Noisy on the accommodation floors - tiles on the floors meant noise carried including slamming doors. The food was very expensive and not good quality. Soggy BLT and chips were awful!

Cons: The worst and my first ever experience was an internet connection. The management has done no what so ever to solve the issues. Now a days, the Internet is essential for travels, and Jayakarta made it worst.

Pros: The hotel is clean and quiet, out of the way from the centre but an affordable taxi each way.

Cons: The sound proofing between rooms was not great and was quite disruptive as the noise from the interconnecting room was as if someone was in the same room at times. This is likely due to the stone floors that mean sound travels.

Pros: Very comfortable stay after 4 days on a boat. Excellent bathroom with hot shower. Great free airport and city centre shuttle service. Very extensive breakfast buffet.

Cons: Quite big and not too charming place.
