    We really enjoyed our stay...

    Pros: Unfortunately we never made it to breakfast after paying but good good feed back from family members about the breakfast
    Cons: One staff member with black hair at the play area was not very nicely mannered we had a few issues one where my autistic nephew asked her could she play a song he liked where he was told by her “Jessica” was playing her music today and walked away. I personally Dont think she should be working around kids with this attitude as we left after not long there . Also we found it hard to book dinner at a time suitable it was really nice when we eventually got seated .

    Cons: Only table service at breakfast. Very long walk to room given that their were not too many visitors we could have been placed nearer reception.

    Pros: Good location for a wedding at Dromoland. Great facilities and reasonable prices. Good pub in the hotel and very friendly staff.
    Cons: Breakfast not great and not many gluten-free options.

    Pros: Staff were amazing and loads on
    Cons: The pool are is really mouldy! Not nice… rooms clean, but no independent heating so no control over room. We were first floor and no privacy net on windows. The breakfast (hot) was cold on day one. But they made me a fresh one. It was ok. Continental was great. But please make pots of tea or coffee. The urns are just stale tasting and stewed. No milk left in room on second day. Kids play inn was great. But the outdoor play area was flooded and the mini golf is outdated. Lots of rubbish and broken pallets etc just lying around outside.

    Pros: Evening meal
    Cons: On the hotels website, brunch is advertised from 11am. My wife confirmed this with the receptionist. An hour later,we checked out and put our bags in the car and went back in for brunch and were told by the same receptionist that it wasn't available today. After being told an hour earlier,by the same receptionist, it was. The bed was like sleeping on a plank.

    Lovely hotel with very friendly...

    Pros: The breakfast was great. Perfect poached eggs on second day of my stay.
    Cons: Would have liked fresh clean cups in our room on the second day of our stay. Used cups were not removed.

    Lovely Bar Food

    Pros: Staff in the bar were fantastic. Excellent service for both nights and food was delicious.
    Cons: Hotel interior beyond main reception area is quite dated. Carpet in some public areas was very dirty. We had an issue with heating in our room overnight and while it was resolved the next day, staff on reception came across as dismissive.
