    Cons: The stairs no lift the bed was very uncomfortable the TV wouldn't work properly the sink and taps were broken toilet moved

    Cons: Hotel in need of update, 2nd floor stunk of what l think was weed. Our room on the third floor was open with chair at door and overwhelming smell of paint and smoke alarm covered with plastic

    Pros: It was very clean & finished to a good standard & was a short walk to the sea front & had of street parking, which is an added bonus for a seaside hotel.
    Cons: I think there was a slight blockage as the toilet & the shower was slow to drain

    Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The room was tidy but in need of updating. The staff in the bar were friendly.
    Cons: The price said that breakfast was included. I found out that this is not the case for weekdays. I checked the website and it said nothing about no breakfast during the week.

    Pros: Our booking for a family of 5 was specifically Bed and Breakfast. The receptionist did not make it clear to us that Breakfast was not included in the booking price . This was a disappointment and there was a complete lack of clarity . Guests should be informed that breakfast is extra . We booked Bed and Breakfast expecting the price to be inclusive which it was not. Otherwise our stay was pleasant and comfortable . Staff friendly and welcoming .
    Cons: As stated above we assumed our stay was Bed and Breakfast combined . On booking the reality of this was not indicated .
