Cons: Hotel is old and run-down. Same for furnitures in room. Curtain look unwashed. Were given 2 flimsy pillows . Mattress is hard. Could not have a good night sleep.

Pros: The size of the room and the views! Loved the location, close to the metro, bus lines and star ferry

Cons: The elevators can get really busy in the mornings between those going to the restaurant for breakfast and coming back to check out. 10+ min wait or take the stairs.

Pros: I like the spacious room! The staff was nice to upgrade our room to a bigger one for 3 pax! The room is clean too.

Cons: I don't like the location. It is kind of too far from the MTR. I feel the hotel is even far away after a long day of walking.

Pros: The view. The location and the staff friendliness.

Cons: The black lounge chair in the executive rooms, it's very uncomfortable, slippery and impossible to sit in properly. It looks good but is not user friendly.

Did what we needed it to do.

Pros: The view was exceptional.

Cons: The rooms are tiny especially the bathroom. Quite hard to do much in there. I was disappointment with the cleanness. The carpet was full of hair and general bits and the bathroom was similar.
