Pros: Friendly staff. Nice location. Excellent lighting in the room.

Cons: Noisy aircon outdoor unit permament water leak in balcony. Dirty corners in bathrooms. Peeling wallpaper. Black Cloth disintegrating under the bed picture attached. Not 5 star as claimed. Dark lift lobby on 3rd floor. Only one small lift. Reservation experience not good as hotel requested me to cancel due to high demand so they could sell the room at higher price (I suspect). Hotel also demanded advance payment which I complied in order to confirm my booking. Unprofessional reservations team.

Pros: Beautiful comfortable rooms, kept clean and nice hot showers. Staff were amazing, so helpful and polite. This made my first stay at this hotel a wonderful memory to keep for ever thank you everyone

Fantastic stay

Pros: Everything was wonderful. Good facilities, friendly staff and great place. Wonderful view overlooking Uddawatekele sanctuary and sacred tooth relic.

Cons: As the hotel is located on a hill top, and if you don't have any transport, it will be a bit troublesome for you to walk up to the hotel carrying a luggage. The slope from the bottom to the hotel is about 650m high.
