    With some touches of being...

    Pros: Location great, the architecture beautiful, the premium rooms has plenty space, and the convience of having restaurants & valet a plus.
    Cons: Updated appliances needed such as washer & dryer. Updated kitchen the appliances were old & the kitchen floor needed repairing in our room big split in the floor tile was shifting

    Will definitely stay again.

    Pros: I loved the beautiful historical architecture and the location. We walked to the varsity and enjoyed the city life for an evening. We got to capture some wonderful pictures.
    Cons: Booking.com did not mention a $75 security deposit so that was an unexpected expense. The terrace door was bolted shut and the weather was immaculate. Booking.com was also not kept up to date with property details such as the whole pool area being closed for renovations. It was a bit too cold to swim but I booked the room because of the picture from the pool area overlooking the city night lights.

    Pros: The rooms are nice and clean and restaurants and bars were great. Staff were very friendly and helpful
    Cons: The tv in the room Wasn't a smart TV and didn't have even cable although I did not call to the front desk to have it fixed because it wasn't a real concern for me

    Overall best hotel I’ve stayed...

    Pros: The location was in perfect walking distance to major spots, and the room was incredibly spacious.
    Cons: Dirty bed sheet, and had issues with parking because we weren’t given a parking pass at check in.

    The GT is my go...

    Pros: We are long time patrons of the Georgian Terrace. I will always come back because I love the old, character, and charm of the GT plus the Fox Theater is across the street and that is the chefs kiss!!
    Cons: There was some mold around the bottom of the shower. Kinda gross!!

    Cons: The sign in my 2 bedroom suite said enjoy these special treats on us but they had not left anything. Setting that expectation was unnecessary if not going to follow thru

    Excellent, friendly staff in a...

    Pros: The staff goes above and beyond to be attentive. The facility is well-maintained and in a great, central location.
    Cons: I enjoyed all of it. I had an issue with the toilet in my room, which was immediately fixed. The decor is a tad dated but so well-maintained that it’s a non-factor.

    Highly recommend- Clean, Friendly, Quiet,...

    Pros: It was clean, quiet, good location, staff was amazing and we received a complimentary suite upgrade when we checked in.
    Cons: We were on the 8th floor. The vending area could have more than an ice machine, maybe a vending machine. My kid was sick in the middle of the night. I couldn’t get any drinks or crackers for him.

    Pros: Loved the location. We went for a show at the Fox and being right across the street was fantastic. Our room was very spacious and comfortable.
    Cons: The parking was $45 a night. Our hotel room was a little run down and older looking. They had started to paint the bathroom but didn’t finish. Half of it was white and some of it was cream. Our door had a large hole where the extra bolt lock was. The drain in the restroom worked at a snails pace.
