Would stay here again!

Pros: Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a tad small but well appointed. The location of the hotel is excellent...we could walk everywhere. As well, when needed, Uber/taxi had easy place to pull up to.

Cons: A bit tired in places - shower ran hot and cold depending on other users. Elevators very slow. Noisy building with nearby air con units and water pipe work.

Was phenomenal absolutely great stay

Pros: Everything was phenomenal bed were super comfy and location was great close to everything we wanted to see and do.

Cons: Size of bathroom but understand how hard it is to expand such a historic hotel

Pros: The hotel lobby is beautiful and spacious. The staff was very welcoming and professional. They made you feel right at home and were very accommodating to your needs. The housekeeping was there everyday making sure the room was clean and maintained properly. Very friendly as well. The staff in the Swamp Fox restaurant were excellent. Very attentive and making sure you had anything you wanted. Food was delicious, breakfast, lunch, and dinners.

Cons: Very little spaces to unload your luggage since it was on major streets. Very crowded unloading and loading spaces during peak times. Had to circle a couple times looking for a space to unload.

Pros: Close to walgreens & Starbucks Visually very attractive Quality bed linen

Cons: The hotel looks very glamorous & has luxury standard of finishes like bedding. The rooms are not practical with no overhead lights & limited accessible power points, The bathroom is almost unusable for anyone over 5ft. The toilet in particular is so incredible small that it makes using it very difficult. Luckily there are full sized options near the lift.

Pros: Lobby location good housekeeping and veiw

Cons: Room size, bathroom, no laundry service, spa staff couldn't answer and questions or quote prices said they call my room when found out answers to my questions so I could book two appointments for my husband and daughter never called back.

Cons: Parking - your choice is to valet park or use the parking garage down the street. Either way you are going to have pay to park
