Overall was okay, staff was nice but this property definetly needs refurbishment and upgrading

Pros: Breakfast is okay but repetition of the same course, same dishes or items pretty much everyday with hardly any choice for strictly vegetarian people and no appropriate efforts were made even after requesting them to add one or two vegetarian dishes. This was my second time stay since 2018. Would love to go back if the necessary amendments are done to the breakfast and in the upgrading of the rooms

Cons: The hotel needs upgrading on all its carpets. It would be better if they can remove the existing carpet at the time of upgrading and replace it with large sized ceramic tiles and also the cabinetry inside the rooms is wearing out and quite old. Rooms should be equipped with proper working fridges and a separate section with a coffee machine and a mini microwave. The room lacked some necessary components

Cons: Hotel advertising facilities like pool, restaurants and bars, but unfortunately they were closed two years ago, so when book this hotel and made payment, you will receive email day after stating the pool is closed, then when you arrive at the hotel then you are notified about the other facilities also closed.

Cons: disappointed stay experience : the room smell terrible, and the window so dirty .no any travel kit supply not shower cap only toothbrush. past .. all the facility are closed then why still charge some much money as other hotel much more Moden and well equipped all necessities the front end employees not smart enough to answer the question by asking invoice and laundry service if I know I will experience such quality stay then I will not book the extend stay for the weekend . I am regret to do so now but booking has condition to cancel
