Noble House Hotels & Resorts, Ltd., is a hotel chain based in Seattle, Washington and manages 18 unique upscale properties across America’s four coastal corners. This four-decade-old chain was founded by Patrick Collee in 1979 and operated initially as a commercial property developer. It shifted its business focus on the hospitality industry in 1994 and has since then grown its portfolio to include The Edgewater in Seattle, WA;Little Palm Island Resort & Spa in the Florida Keys; and Riviera Palm Springs and Kona Kai Resort & Marina in California.
