Pros: Room was amazing. Super clean, comfortable and most of all beautiful. The only thing I would say is that the shower stall was small - it might be tight for a larger person.

Unlikely to return.

Pros: The kitchen was unexpected add on. A newer updated space very clean. Handy, private walk out. Lovely view of the castle next door that was a focal point for the stay.

Cons: An inconsistent, constant vibration was very disturbing. Took a air purifier out of closet to add white noise to block vibration. Was looking for heritage ambience, the suite was newer renovation in basement. The patio garden was unappealing, a few potted flowers would cheer up the space.

Beautiful hotel for romantic getaways

Pros: amazing heritage property, right next door to the castle. Very clean room, not very warm or hot, very hospitable staff. Breakfast for 10$ was a nice add-on.

Cons: Mattress topper was a bit old and not very comfortable. No TV in the room and it's not soundproof (expected, since it's an old building)

Pros: The place is clean and inexpensive.

Cons: Did not love that I had to take my shoes off at entering the hotel. I did not see that in the listing. Also, did not know I would be staying in a basement level room. It was not bad but did not meet my expectations. I did like the associate at check in and the place was clean. Just not what I expected. They are not lying when they talk about multiple steps and hard to navigate.

Wonderful authentic experience

Pros: Location was very nice, close to main attractions, to gas station-if u need to grab smth quick. Gorgeous view, authentic heritage building experience. Breakfast is very nice, breakfast is yummy and great $ value. Place is very clean. Slippers are nice touch too.

Cons: It would be nicer experience if the welcoming staff wore something more than a sports bra and a spandex shorts. We felt out of place when we were welcomed like that. Also it would be nice to have a shower hat and a shower gel. No TV - nice for a authentic experience, but super unusual for a hotel. I wish I knew that there is TV in the room ahead of time, and I would have brought a laptop with me.
