Pros: We had an awesome room! The view was amazing. Our housekeeper Tomeka was very friendly. We were able to walk to the places we wanted to eat at also.

Pros: Location is perfect, love the rooms. My room had 2 beds/ bedroom and Murphy Bed in sitting room. This was just what we needed! Privacy for both sleeping areas with kitchen/ bathroom in between. We like the pool area in Paradise Bldg, that's where we prefer to stay.

Cons: Consider leaving a small sample size dish soap for the kitchen.

Pros: That it was right on the beach and when we got done at the beach we didn’t have to go far to get changed. I will stay there again.

Cons: This has probably been the worse hotel experience I have had since I have been coming to Myrtle Beach in 25 year's. 1. The check in process was not efficient. It took me a hour and a half to check in. 2. The section called the Dunes does not have a working elevator. I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs 3 times with for my family’s luggage. And 3. The room was not really clean. Trash was not emptied and smelled. Had old fruit and Taco Bell food. Phone was also broken. Asked for manager on two occasions and was told they weren't available.

The place looked beautiful, but...

Pros: My initial experience was the property was clean, inviting, and smelled really good. The rooms were decorated beautifully, and it was comfortable.

Cons: I had to deal with an awful jack hammer noise until 12/1:00 am, and made several attempts, while walking with a 5 yr old into the night, between office and hotel, to get it resolved with the staff. I was moved to another room after being told there was air in the lines, but in the other room when taking a shower I could hear that same noise vibrating down below.

Pros: It was close to a bunch of attractions and restaurants and lots of things to do.

Cons: The room could have been more clean. Do not wear white socks it will turn them black. The indoor hot tub and pool was disgusting looking, the inside of the pool floor was green looking and the water wasn't very clear.

Nice place and great location...

Pros: The staff was nice and the faculty was very clean.

Cons: I traveled over 6 hours and when I arrived at 6:45 pm I was told my room was not ready and nobody knew how long it would take. When I asked if I could get an estimate I was told “we will call you” when your room is ready.
